Im currently purchasing items to turn my EF mont wagon into a DF LTD.
Can anyone supply me with some good pics of a LTD interior to show any differences between Fairlane Ghia and LTD.

I just bought my father in-law a DL LTD. There are a couple of pics on the ebay listing of the interior. Not the best but you will get the idea, unfortunately the pics look like grey leather, but they are actually cappa.

Ok don't have any pics but cappa leather seats, power driver seat.
Cappa padded leather armrests.
Darkest woodgrain of the series, woodgrain trims on
ashtray, radio surround, rear console vents, shifter surround, doorcards.

premium sound, pab,
Grill and hood ornament
above boot garnish boot spear with the ltd logo covering the lock
I've probably missed some stuff, but that should get you started, also check out the fairlane thread, few nice LTD's there.

Here's the link to the fairlane/LTD thread champ!
Happy Reading :D
http://www.fordmods.com/forums/viewtopi ... 61&start=0

The NF/DF and NL/DL's were invited to post from about page 6 onwards. Tezza Bear has a fine example of a DF LTD on page 7 you could pinch some idea's from :P
And Marsss has some good interior pics on page 10 FYI!

df on ebay
Theres a df, I guess I was wrong about the pab, atleast for series 1, I guess it wasn't.
Surprised they ditched the padded armrests in the dl's though.

Pics are what i was looking for thanks guys.
If i didnt need a wagon i would just buy an AU LTD love that exterior squarish town car look, some wire wheels and white walls with superlows would look mint on a silver or black example.
Anyway i think the actual LTD interior badging will be the hardest part.
Any help?

try ftg salvage, darren was wrecking one and may still have the door trims as a set,not sure if rear doors are bigger, both front seats are full power and 10-11 interior lights, air self leveling rear shocks, the leather seat pattern is totally different.

You may see some good interior shots on carsales or carpoint.

DF and DL LTDs didn't come with a woodgrain steering wheel -- just a plain cappuccino coloured leather one. The AU LTD, however, had a woodgrain wheel. Pic shows AU LTD interior.

I'm pretty sure DL LTDs had padded leather armrests like the DF, as in this pic. (You can tell it's a DL by the colour coded electric window button.) :D

Interesting, wonder what the go is with that then, I noticed it had the fancier looking seats aswell, where as ncII's just had plain looking seats, nearly like someones changed out the woodgrain and badging on their Nl.

f**k an Au LTD would be nice, factory sat nav back then.
Strange though I would've thought they would just used the momo with the woodgrain inserts, like my mom has on her ghia.

Thas the wheel im talking about i dont care if it wasnt on the LTD (it must have been on some option list).
Well i have been trying to track down a grill, doortrims and bonet ornament but not much luck at the moment.
Not being in Australia hasnt helped me either.

umm I don't believe it was an option, just a ticky add on, NL concordes and EL GT'S got them, and i believe NL FBT's got one to.

By the way check out aff, as they have a bunch of scan of the brochures.
