How do you go about fitting these? Do you just go over the top of the current one or do you take the old one off and put this on thick paper and put it where the old one is.

Also how much does re-calibration cost and where can i get it done ?

dials get replaced, have to take the needles off first before you can take it off. should be easy, not sure about the recalibrating bit
