Ok sory if im re-posting something already posted, but ive found no satisfactory answers in my search. I have a Series 1 EF GLi ex cop car. the bem is blue. now the tech docs say it should be grey or black. and in my search some ppl say maybe red. does anyone know for sure what color it should be?

What happens with your interior lights when the doors are closed - do they switch off after 20 secs, or do they fade out ??

I've stripped a gli cop car, and it had all the futura parts in it,
ie: bem, front electric windows,
So I wonder why the opt20's were labled gli when in fact the were futura's?

not that isn't correct, they are different colours depending on what car and model!

could just have a police cluster and had the BEM replaced in its lifetime.

As for Electric windows, having the mid series BEM won't aid you much at all.

You still have to find a constant power source and wire everything yourself manually.
