does anyone know if this si relatively (i know there iwll be some work involved) easy to do? tell me of im wrong but i thought all the basic dimensions were the same...so it would be sorta easy to do?

ive herd that the doortrims match up and the rear seat does too. but the front seats have different mounting pionts

Dude why bother really ea-ed interior is pretty good if u get like ED ghia interior or something. Would be alot less work 8)

Everything fits except for front seats, and some of the dash wiring where the plugs aren't the same type.

They are practically the same car beneath the skin so most things are interchangeable EA-EL.

Door trims would be the easiest thing to swap though!

nah way fairmont el...i reckont he interior of my ea is the s**t thing ive ever seen. less attractive that a close up of mark skaife. i ahve doubles of most things in my ef, so i thought i might aswell put them to use...

thjere was a member NAFAIRLANE?? i think did it to his car complte ef/el dash insides and manual conversion too!

and i think waggin was in the proccess of it as well whent he bad happend

how hard is it to swap the el console over to an eb cuze the consoles in ea-ed are s**t. mine very much so. there was a document for the door handles on here to before the crash. did any one copy it. if so can you post it here cuze i was almost ready to begin.

i have in my back yard a EB with EF doortrims and EL Dash , and EL motor


so to the qwestion Yes it does fit minus the front seats and some wiring connections in the dash 0 that is if your gunna change that too

The doortrims fit, but the doorhandles don't! You have to drill extra holes for the handles - I'm not sure where cuz the Taxi doesn't have the handles in yet! Waggin never got around to doing the drilling......
Would be easy to work out though.

Yeah, i've got the NL fairlane ghia interior in my ED, as above the front seats don't match up, but the rears ones do ...

The door trims, well, yes, they bolt on, but you need to change, or at lest bend the peice of metal that goes to the inside door handle. .

was a big job because i installed the electric windows and all, but well worth it in the end :)
