I have a 95 ef 'monty and when i set the heaters to work on demister and feet it is toasty warm, but as soon as i switch it to face or just to feet it blows out cool air?? it switches fine between all the different positions but only blows out the hot air on the screen setting. any ideas would be great.

probably a vacuum leak mate. take your glovebox out and make sure none of the hoses behind it (you will probably only be able to see/reach a few), are plugged in, particularly to the vacuum control solenoid (blue rectangular thing with hoses up the side)

also look under the hood to see if any of the hoses have cracked or any of the joiners have broken.
