ive broken my drivers seat now i need a new seat

should i go with just a ef fairmont seat or is it worth it buying to maybe ba seats

im pretty sure ba seats just bolt in without any mods but im not 100%

any help would be great guys

i dunno bout that. i remember hearing that BA seats need modification to go into e series. also im not a fan of the 'mix and match' interior. your gunna have BA style seats up front and e series fairmont rears. not a good look imo.

sorry champ hate to break it to you, but theyre not s simple bolt in.... I havent done it myself, and maybe the guys who have can help with more details but I know its not a simple bolt in....

Like mr_ratapus says a 'mix and match' interior would look proxy....

EF Fairmonts have 2 trim variations in grey I've seen (I've been told there are 3 types, then there's also cappa too). Getting the same trim may be a bit difficult.
You'll find it easier to get an EF GLI/futura seat and swap the cushions/covers over.

BA looks great see other threads for BA leather interior.
what is wrong with yours? If its the base frame just undo the Fairmont velour seats from the frame and bolt them to a good condition GLI seat frame. I fixed mine as it was broken in the accident. My seats are good as they had sheepskin covers since new I would guess from their "as new" condition.
