my grandad got my old ef seats off me and wants to put them in his xe. first of al is it possible, or will he have to change the runners?

will he have to get a complience plate done????

maybe he might just fluc this the EF rails are similir but different to the EA26 chassis but the EA floor pan was loosely based on the XF so it might be possible on the other hand measure and measure again the ef rails the xf stud(holes) etc and if not use the XF rails on the EF seats

ok, having put EA seats into the XE i had at the time it is possible. I had to unbolt the runners from the e series seats and bolt on the xe ones.

Not particularly hard, though I did have to cut off the height adjustment from the drivers seat to bolt on the rails, however the holes for the xe rails were in the seat base already. It passed a blue slip with those seats....... hope this helps...
