Anyone know if the passenger side airbag is interchangeable between EF - EL?

IIRC its just the lower half of the dash thats a lighter shade of grey

having said that, there are only two part no's listed in the ford catalouge; One p/n is Dark Luna Mist (Grey) and the other is Cappa in colour.

Ah no worries then. I'll have to swap the whole dash anyway as the EL does not have one. Fun job i'm sure.

if you've never done a dash before out job before just take your time and put nuts and bolts in separate glad bags and label them accordingly

Reviving my old thread for a sec, is an EL gli likely to have the plugs in place on the wiring harness to hook the passenger side airbag up? I have pulled my EF dash which as i'm sure anyone who's done it knows makes for a really fun evening.. but I just thought I better find out before I pull the next one out..

Yeah mate it should be up the back of the dash on the passenger side.

it's early ef you have to add the loom.

Don't forget the aircon piping as the pab one on passenger side is different. and I'm sure you'll realise but remember thebrace aswell.
