Are you wanting the complete dash and console? Or just the Instrument Cluster.

Both are possible.

For the EF/EL Instrument Cluster in to an EA-ED dash, I can make up a loom that plugs in between the EA-ED wiring and the EF/EL dash.

The complete conversion is another matter again, and a much more indepth and complicated concern, but not undoable, as I have done both.

i have all of the dash because i wrote off my el xr6, and my eb is an 8

i was told i need a seperate comp made because there are some electrics in the el dash not worried about the instrument cluster as i want to put my gauges in there and scrap the el one

dont wanna do it myself as im not the best with electronics or wires

also only running the dash without the center console

Like Ben wrote, it is possible as we have both converted our cars to the later model interiors. It is a big job. Yours will be more indepth, like mine, because your current car is a V8. You will need a EF or preferably a EL/NL/DL V8 specific ECU for your motor and XR6 dashboard.

Think about this for a while. If I were to do your car, it would take me about 3 days and I wouldn't hesitate charging you $1k. If this is fad that you will get sick after 6 months, it's probably not worth the money or the effort.
