Ahhh WTF!

got the old premium out, modified the brackets (deck fits perfectly :D stoked).

anyways, i soldered the wires for the rear speakers from my deck to that of the car (the 4 wires that come from a seperate plug). AND THERE IS NO REAR SOUND!! :(

O.K i just searched and found that my car has an amp...i didnt realise haha.

Whats the story.... i allready have a pioneer 300W amp and kicker sub wich are going in. obviously amp runs off battery and sub ports behind my deck (pioneer DEH-P7750MP)....easy

can i also run this factory amp, for the rear speakers....if so will it sound better than being powered by the deck, and how do i go about hooking this up?

cheeers

Dont run the factory amp, its got stuff all power and it needs an 6 or 8v signal to turn on and your headunit has a 12v signal..... My suggestion is to get a new amp :)

As there is no factory wiring to the rears u will have to extend the rear speaker cables from the back of the headunit to the rear speakers.
