mate, i am doing the conversion using NL stuff (cluster, dash loom). I have two questions to ask:

Will the EL engine loom plug into my original boxcar ECU loom?
And on NCIII V8's the ECU loom also plugs into the dash loom, is that plug the same as on EL?

what front looms did you use...

is this an ef/el interior into a boxcar, or the other way around? :)

i dont mind the boxcar outside but the boxcar interiors look like somthing out of a deawoo.

would be a good doco.

sounds like it'll be good. the older falcon interiors ARE getting a bit drab.

any chance of some pics of the seat bracket mod on the rear of the front seats...???

Ive been halfway thru putting the ef seats into an EB got the rears done and the doortrims would make life alot easier if I could see what someone else has done with theirs...

I was just about to post if the EL interior fit a boxcar!!!

Sweet find, got a couple Q's though.

Do the EL seats (front and back) fit into a boxcar without modification?

Do the door trims and centre console fit without mods also? I have a manual if that makes a diff?

Cheers.

okay the front seats wont fit reason being there is a plate on the floor in the el ef falcon that u must rip out it has about a 40 spot welds that have to be drilled out and re welded to the boxcar interior to fill in the gap between the floor and seats the.
1. door trims go straight on beisedes a few mods to screw up to the door and u have to shorten the door handel lever

2. the backrest for the rear seat fit in properly but u have to modifiy the pin that it clicks into u have to move it approx 5 centimeters down

3. centre console sits over the plate u need for the front chairs and requires u to pull an adition plate of to mount the handbrake lever

sorry still havent got aroung to taking a picture of my ed with nl ltd interior yet but i promise i will soon anyway hope this info helps
