What did you do to the cluster? The only thing that you should have done was install a wire (in pin 23 IIRC but dont know if thats correct).

Then that wire must be run to the Trip computer and a wire cut there and what not.

Maybe a little more explination and a few pics would help.

Make sure all the connectors are pushed fully home into the cluster, they can be quite hard to get all the way in. Check your fuse panel.
If that fails get the connector info from the tech docs section on cluster mods and then go checking the power wires at the cluster.

thanks checked the dash plug no power, it blew the 30a batt/ign fuse. any idea wicth wire would've caused it, and does anyone know if u can get the little metel plugs to go into the clock plug for extra wires,i have the bare wires pushed in(prob y it shorted out), or should i look at wreckers for one out of mont and just join wires.

Allways better if you can get the correct plug. Also check that your wireing is correct. Its also easy with the live wire to just touch earth and blow the fuse without knowing.
I always get a few extra plugs from the wreckers for spare pins etc.
