I only know of one true chrome looking paint and you need to be fairly confident to use it if your talking about spray cans it doesnt end up looking like chrome

i did my own chrome door handles. I stuffed them up because i touched them early. But if you clear coat them they should be right.

Be careful when doing this because its hard to paint with. You have to put a think coat on BUT it runs if you put too much on so take your time.

Another tip is to prime it before you start.

So

Sand
Clean (thinners or metho)
Prime
Sand
Prime
Coat
Sand
Coat
Clear Coat

Doing it this way would make it look tops.

Take a look at my thread. http://fordmods.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=41097
