I'd imagine Red colour would make your interior look like the set from "Hunt for Red October". Any other colour I'd say would do similar -certainly make it hard on the eyes.
I did my interiors - courtesies, dome, key illumination, footwells, and console rear with high intensity white LED's - the result was quite surprising, it is like a flourescent light, actually I think it's better than the standard globes, although each to their own I suppose.

What kind of roof light is it? do you mean the map reading lights or just the base light? If it's the base light then im guessing you'll need a festoon globe. The best place to find these in my opinion is http://www.ledshoponline.com/automotive ... estoon.htm

Sorry Viccy.

You could always wire up some LED's instead of the stock bulb.

i did it to my ef2, not for rice factor but to have subtle lighting so i could fish cd's out while driving at night it looks like those lights in mcdonalds that stop junkies shooting up,, mm blue! you simply buy pre-moded bulbs from auto barn, they are made to replicate the original bulb.

be nice say no to rice!
