hey guys
I know its been awhile but I finally got my hands on the interior pics of when I done my conversion 2 fairmont interior.. heres the pics 
How it started: 
Passanger Seat out: 
Drivers Seat out: (Check out the 10years of crumbs and s**t down there) 
Rear Seat out: 
Old Carpet Removed:

Rear seats and new parcel shelf in:

Only thing I broke... : 
Prick of a thing cost me $38 at the wreckers, its the seat belt winder thingy.. the boot strut came loose and smashed it off.. lol End Result: 
Very happy & comfy.. 
It twas a fun day n all. |

Fraser: Roof lining was clean & the carpet was alot cleaner and was more plusher than mine
Shoey: EL fairmont and it cost me $550 for everything including cluster and plastics, even got the stock speakers |

oh and fras; rooflining has lights underneth the sunvisor flaps, unlike the futura, must be so u can look at the back of the sun visor when its dark or something, pretty usless idea imo.. ?

oh and the parcel shelf has tweeter speaker mesh on it near the rear window, which futura dident have, so i put it in there coz it looked kewl .. lol

its not speaker mesh - its venting for the boot - all EL's have it from memory

neither of my 2 EF sedans had/have it, and neither does any other EF i've seen. i've only seen it on EL's, although i'm more than happy to be proven wrong!

maybe shoey's car has an EL parcel tray for some reason.. might be a real late model EF or something? EF/L hybrid? of such? maybe? i dunno?
mine definetly never had it. and neigher does my mates.. |

its series 2 prob just chucked in a el one at factory or some s**t oh well i dont really care but they are there cause i thought they had tweeters under em but no so

thats what i thought they were there for too. they have tweeters in the dash tho right?

Yeah, Futura's and up had dash tweeters. Mine certainly does, and now I know they're there they'll have to be upgraded.
