Yea thats the one I heard as well Gaz. I will make a call tommorow and see what DPI says. At least that way I can be sure!

The is spot on for NSW.

Although some dash-tops curve down so you can fit one right near the dashtop at the A-pillar.

It also comes down to the cop at the time too .... if it's not overly obvious (ie: 5" monster tacho) ... and looks to be mounted safely ... I don't think you will get bothered though.

i was told can't be higher the the current instrument cluster or something but have you thought of putting on the column if it is a small guege shouldn't be muhc of a drama or even put it were the clock or that plastic bit would go near the air vents

Maybe if it was small enough where the rear demister button panel is (just move the button somewhere, who uses the f**kin thing anyway! And as from getting an answer so you know where you stand with the DPI, good luck with that, those bunch of w**kers don't even know the rules themselves :evil:

I had to use the rear demister button yesterday but that is a point. I could move the button down to near the lock button or somthin. I might have to have a looksie!
