ok i guess this is technically an "interior" problem. its inside the engine bay!
the thing that attaches to the underside of the bonnet, the heat protector or whatever its called, that big black mat thing, u guys know what i mean 
anyway, mine's f**k, literally falling to pieces. does anyone know where u buy replacements? i had an add for a place in an old Unique Cars magazine a few years back but its long gone and can't remember what the place was. I'm looking for somewhere in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. its for an EB. looking for brand new if possible, not a similarly screwed one from the wreckers. cheers.

dunno if ford has them anymore? i doubt you'd get one from anywhere else but a wreckers, or you might be lucky if someones selling one here.

a vs commodore driver i know who has since written off his car took his off and told me it makes ur car sound heaps better from outside and that all his mates were doing it with their commodores LOL
