Quick question why?
But if you really wanted to do it, have you considered replacing pinterior bits and pieces maybe with some carbon fibre bits. Removing cd players and speakers also (sometimes can be pretty heavy)

What we really need to know is why? what is the goal of this? i assume semi usable drag/race/drift car?

start with the things you NEED then slowly chuck the rest.

but let us know exactly what the purpose of it is then we can help more.

p.s. rear windows to plexiglass. and remove the window winder insides and make them immovable

.....what fiftyone said...rear window into plexiglass....when u strip the door trims off cut the metal that holds up the window winder/power window regulator and remove everything and make the window non moveable....use some strong rods and weld them in an X across from each corner...probably lost about 10kg on each door so thats 20kg for 2 doors...though i think its not worth it...

spare tyre, jack, anything not required in the boot basically....

boot can be removed and a carbon fibre made up (pretty expensive)...even the bonnet

if u have the cash get all 4 doors made out of carbon fibre (of course spray painted so noone knows) and then u still have operating windows but with a very light door.

rear seats can go if u don't need that...

thats all i can think off and ideas.

also take out all of the sound insulation from the doors and boot.
remove the gas struts from the bonnet and boot.

i guess it depends on how far you want to go, coz you can go nuts and remove things like sunvisors and headrests and pretty much anything that isnt really needed.

i reckon carbon fibre doors, bonnet and boot....and maybe quater panels....that would lose about 100kg or more.

depending on what you where going to do with it, take some of the exhaust system out. all the sound deadening things in that weigh heaps
