Does anyone know if the genuine AU momo wheels fit directly on to EL's the guy that is selling them on ebay says they dont but im sure they do. Can anyone help me out

I'm assuming you mean steering wheel.

yeah mate, AU wheels are the same as EF/EL. I have one on mine.

The BA's have a different offset for the centre, but all AU ones will fit mate, i am running one in my ute.
Very nice wheels indeed.

Haha, didnt even realise he was talkin bout alloy wheels, lol.

Would certainly be pretty diificult to mod your interior with a set of pre-au mags.

definatly fit

just put one in 45 mins ago.

was a prick to get the old one off..

even worse trying to torque to centre bolt to ~40nm trying to hold wheel still with knees isnt the easiest thing!

No they're not. Lot more options for pre-ED as no air bag. you can get a boss kit, abnd there's hundreds of aftermarket wheels to choose from!

Also does the momo AU T bar shifter fit straight into an EL? has anyone done this

NO!!! AU T shifters are NO WHERE NEAR a direct change over... There is ALOT of work to change one over... I cannot stress this enough...... I just modified an AU MOMO for my EF... it was well worth it in the end, but i almost drove myself insane.

It can be done if your willing to go through the ordeal... May as well just get the original re-trimmed... cheaper and easier
