Hmm i think those tachos r awesum definatly not a "ricing" item!!!!!
They look tuff...n all u gusy say how that jet xr looks tough as hey...well he has a tacho n it looks sik!!!!!!! Plus i have white dials on me cluster and they r OVERRATED!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wen u turn ur lights on u gotta dim the back ground lights becoz tehy look really bad.... ... OFF TOPIC... How cool would it be if they brought out those sik chrome or clear tailights liek u can on utha cars!!!!

Does the tacho have a switch on it to set between 4, 6 and 8 cylinders?
EDIT: Btw guys this is a tech thread.... plenty of threads in flaming/off topic to talk about ricey mods....

with the wiring side of things usually 4 wires,
black - ground red - positive (accessories) white - illumination (hook to dash lights etc) green - tacho signal wire

hey guys
yeah it has dat selector n its on 6 as my car is an i6111 yes it has those colour wires m8!!!! but i only get responses if i use green as power and red as tacho wire..... ys dat i wonder??? hmm maybe its in da wrong place hey

Red will, in 99% of cases, be 12v+... green in 99% of cases will be tach signal...

sooooo.....
if i do this- red wire- straight to 12v battery port black wire- negative battery port green wire- third 4m botom right on that switch thingy white wires- lighting system...which is were?

This is the power system that runs the dash lights. An easy one to 'tap' into is the ashtray illumination... pull out the stereo surround to get to it. You'll need to figure out which wire is +ve...

when your running that much power im sure it would be nice too know when its time too change gears for optimum power.

yeah neons in the ca rlooks sik as, i have 18 inch chrome mags coz they look nice aswell, VERY NICE, the wings as in 3ft high, no i dun fink and n fuel flappy things...i think ur on drugs
