that looks like a transparent polystyrene sheet. not a bad idea.... i could be wrong though.

sorry for the late reply but i work in the mines and only got back last night,

Yes it is just the blue and red stuff from the A4 folders it took a few hours to make the templates and also line up the holes properly so nothing else gets a blue tinge.

The pic of the red LED's is where i wanted to make my needles red but that did not work so i need rethink how to do it any ideas would be nice.

As for making the templates just take ur dash apart and (TAKE UR TIME) to stencil out the shapes from ur speedo and tacho also big tip is take a photo of exactly where all ur needles are sitting as i am yet to get my fuel and temp sitting right yet.
