Just a quick question, since the needles in the EL series are orange, I was going to scrap the paint on the back of the needles off. I was wondering is there any kind of paint that I should use?? What did other people use to do this??

what he said......but if u have nothing else to do u could just use any paint that sticks onto it......i would say enamel paint u get at the hobbie shop?

make sure you don't go to heavy on the nail polish
if you make the needles with 2 much paint thay won't be weighted right the your speedo will flick and not be consistent you have been wraned

If you want white ones liquid paper does the trick plenty of ppl have done it with good results. Im liking the nail polish idea tho might have to rip mine out n steal some of the missus's red nail polish. Worst comes to worst i might have to pull em out a couple of times to get the amount of polish right but for red needles soooooo worth it.

yeah i was thinking of painting them red. But since at night the dash will light up blue, wont the needles like come up as a purple kinda colour, or even maybe not at all???
