I did my fairlane cluster in blue like that but got stuck with the LCD as you can't change its colour to blue without losing the red door ajar sections. I returned it to orange.

The surround is silver. Any paint can be used.
I'm doing mine soon but its going to be colour coded with the exterior and im putting in LED's
