where the hell does the 2nd black pipe go on the cc the one that makes the sucking noise just across the from the blue box

more information might come in usefull, atleast people will know what your talking about?? lol

There are 2 black hoses, one comes from the back of the manifold and supplies vacuum to the whole CC system, the other goes to a vacuum tank in the drivers front guard and it supplies additional vacuum when the car is under load.
The manifold hose goes behind the heaterbox and though the firewall, the other one goes over the top of the heater box, across the pedal box and through the driver's footwell and into the tank behind there.
