Can't tell you what goes where, but six wires I believe 2 bringing power up to the switches a positive and a negative, 2 sending power to the motor positve and negative to send it up, and 2 sending power to the motor positve and negative reversed to lower it.
If you've got a multimeter or some sort of rigged tester for continuity you could work out what does what. with a bit of basic logic.
If you need anything else to help work it out let me know, and I'll explain how to work it out with a multimeter.

that would be me :)

this might help

in the picture below 1 and 6 are always connected so there are actually only 5 wires needed... so connect:
1+6 = Positive
4 = Reg +
3 = Reg -
2 = drivers side switch 1 (ground)
5 = drivers side switch 2 (ground)

i haven't actually tested this... for testing i would just connect 2 and 5 to Ground

See How you go :)

5 pins are used to run the windows. the 6 pin is for illumination. hence you can get switches with 5 pins, or the switches i want that illuminate that has 6 pins. a stock master has 12 pins, illuminated master 13 pins
