when taking off the drivers door trim on an ef, how does the wiring loom for the electric mirrors disconnect from the switch.
ive been pulling it and trying to get it off for the last half an hour :evil:
help appreciated cheers

yeah mate. where abouts does it come apart, at the very base of the switch where the wires are coming into it? or somewhere else

Hey mate, That switch is an absolute pain in the a***. I find it easier if you pull the switch towards you. ie up and out of the hole. Then i get a screw driver and come in from the top side of the switch. There is a little tab that you have to push down. Try and lever it off.

cheers, i see a little hole that kinda looks like a tab, tried fitting a small screw driver in there to push it down. is that it?
coz i see no tab big enough that i can just push down with my fingers
