need to take parcel shelf out to remove the light i beleive,not really worth it IMO just put it on the outside.

U basically take the rear parcel shelf carpet out, theres 2 clips at each side of the break light, u unclip it and open it and print out a word and stick it on, not too hard

iv taken mine out to tint it, i pulled it out using the sub hole in the parcel shelf.

this one's on the back of mine.

Parcel shelf out, hi-mount brakelight out, print out a couple of sheets of paper and stickytape them over the lens like so: http://i40.photobucket.com/albums/e202/ ... kes002.jpg

i dont see why not as its the 3rd break light and its not stoping it from being seen.

Thanks Bunter - although I can't claim credit for it haha, Cominthru originally had it, and he even made the print-out for me and emailed it. All I did was put it together.

As far as I know it must be legal - I've seen cops in my mirror and been on the brakes both day and night and they haven't even batted an eyelid... that I could tell.

I would think its legal cause its similar to tinting your tail lights. Its covering the brake lights and making them duller to see. My vote is illegal but hey, i have tinted tail lights and cops have sat on my a*** for 20km and didnt say s**t.
