lol, captain dodgey! i know from au's onwards you have to replace the whole cluster, but i wouldnt have a clue about the models beneath that. i know eb's ya could disconnect sumthing beneath the transmission i heard oneday but the speedo didnt work then.

i think the only way you can do it is removing the eprom and replacing it with a lower km's one. Or somehow run it right up to 1 million so it ticks over to zero .. but as for legality, you're a very naughty boy!!

It can be done for sure, but its not going ot change any aspect of the car, what a waste of time/money. Ps if your planning to be dodgy, i can tell u now that if i got a car n found out the kms were wound back, whoa id be nighty fkn p****d off.. not worth it.

When you buy a car from a dealer you actually sign a piece of paper saying you know that the KM's may or may not be accurate.
With that said, its still illegal to do so. But if you were going to do it, white out the numbers and write on the digits you want.

Pretty dodgy but the only way ive heard of is to clock it over but dont make it obvious by leaving it on 50,000 k's!!!! Make sure the buyer isnt big enough to beat the s##t out of you if they find out!!!

So your advertising the fact that your going to rewind your K's, If i bought a car off you and relised the eprom had been resoldered id bring the car back and cave your head in. Cant f**k stand f**k like you screwing honest people out of there hard earned cash. Im also disapointed at the people who have told you how to do it.
