EF and EL door trims are the same.

There are differences with wind up and power window trims. There is an extra bracket under the arm rests.

Cheers

There is only a very minor difference in how they mount at the very edge... Ford decided to move the screws to the edge on the EF doortrims instead of on the lip like the EA/EB/ED, the black clips that the screws go into are easy enough to pop out EF doors at the wreckers or you could simply not bother with screwing in those screws. The EL door trims moved the screws back to the lip.

Be warned, you will have to get the rods that go with the handles otherwise it will just annoy you no end.

You dont "have" to get the rods, it can be done by Cutting and bending the original, but it is preferable to get them
My ED has EF Ghia trims, and i didnt need to change the rods. Also, you will need to move the white screw recievers or what ever they are called. Most of the hoels are there. You will see what i mean once you have the 2 trims side by side.
