The place is called 2 for 1 Window Tinting. They do awesome work. Cheapest way to do it is to grab a mate and do it at the same time.

Address
Showroom 15/ 19 Expo Crt

my mate is working at a tinting place here in sa and he said if i remove the door trims, use a steam machine and remove all the tint and glue then i can get it done below $200. Less then $50 a window IMO is ok and thats for %20 which i think is the darkest legal tint in SA.

I got my 35% tints done through the dealer when i bought it (so the dealer probably has a special deal with the tint-man) for $140. 35% looks awesome, is legal, and has good night time "see-through-ness" gayest thing is that all the windows are dark except the front windscreen :(

I want to get 15-20% on the back windows of my wagon (back, back sides and back seat windows) and run 35% ONLY on the two front seat windows.. because 35% means I might as well run no tint at all, 35% sucks the wang... 20% doesn't

I've been told that this is legal by some people and tint places, yet other people tell me the complete opposite.. Can anyone help me clear this up?

This might be a stupid question, but while we are on the topic of tint, I bought my car with tint, but very little of it, any one know what the go is if I want to get it darker?

If its a commerically registered vechicle then your tint can be anything.

Take it to a tiniting place. THey can strip the existing tint and replace it for you professionally.

Costs a little extra. It justpeels off and then they remove the adhesive glue that holds the tint on before laying hte new stuff.
