I have installed my trip computer successfully.My first attempt of installing was successful,em happy. But i have got Gas Kit installed by Parnell,So i dont think that em getting close to actual readings,But my trip computer is working and showing some readings though.

What I was trying to say was,
If the installer installed a secondary gauge, then the Trip computer won't display fuel usage.

It'll just assume your rolling and maintaining a remarkable consumption level.

If the Installer added a corrector and made your cluster a readable gauge with both GAS and PETROL, then you would have a reading more accurate, however you would need to reset it for each fuel and travel more than 1hour to get a fairly accurate reading.

Your just reading the constant level of whats in the tank and calculating the speed/distance with no level change.
