Can one of these just be hooked up to the same vacum line as the MAP on the E-Series I6 with a t-peice?

yes shouldn't be a problem as long as you don't introduce a leak.

It's an "anti-boost gauge" - it's what all the cool kids do these days.

Twr - personally i wouldnt tap it from the MAP line. Tee it from something less critical (just incase it ever springs a leak etc).

Vacuum gauge is a great tool. You'll learn a lot about what the engine is doing and how vacuum affects engine behaviour. Hehe - much better when it keeps going past -0hg tho ;)

Not only can it alert you to possible vac leaks but can diagnose all sorts of stuff like burnt valves, worn valve guides, blocked exhausts etc.

The MAP isn't critical in my car - as I'm generally on LPG which doesn't kmake use of it.

Thanks for the replies.,
