My passenger side vent has fallen in, pics are below

How do I fix this?

Pull the other grey surround thing out (there are clips on the top and bottom) and see if anythings actually broken, if not, take all the pieces out and reassemble.

Yep, just lever the whole surround out with a screwdriver, and reassemble. It can be a little fiddly the first time, but it's pretty straight forward. 99% sure it won't be broken.
