True, but I could spell when I was 16.

Also I didn't need help to rice up a car, could do it just fine*, even without today's wonderful resources such as Fast and Furious.

I guess this is the disturbing side effect of all the anti-hoon laws. Kids can't do real mods anymore.

*I knew better.

dont bite at what some people on here say, they just come here for s**t and giggles.

Do whatever u like to your car.... its your car.

the problem is if you pull up at the lights and take someone on make sure you have the balls to back the talk up...... mind you at 16 id seriously doubt being able to own a powerful car

I WANNA DO MY CAR UP BUT I DONT WANNA OVER DO IT..

IF ANY1 COULD HELP ME BE GOOD THANKS GUYS.

hey mate and welcome to ford mods!
if it were up to me ill try and keep your car looking stock untill you get off ur "P's" well you have done the basics on performance....

if you have the money and the time you can always get a retrim??? there are alot of fourms on here where ppl have made there dash black and as such...
some nice 17" or 18" mags will look great.
well mate if you have the money then you can pretty much do anything.. the good thing about the old EF's/EL's is that if you do stuff something up you can always go down to the wreckers and pick up the same part pretty cheap (some times)

but yeah have a look around.... there are heaps of ideas!

What looks good on an EL gli?

Get either an EF/EL fairmont or EL xr front end I reckon.

im not going to believe this until i see proof. no stock 157kW Falcon could out-accelerate a 220kW V8 Commodore. might be able to just keep up with it... maybe, but i seriously doubt it would go faster.

Put your money in a high interest account until you're off your P's. If you save smart you can probably buy a 2-3 year old FPV the day you're off your P's while you're friends are still all driving around in 10 year old cars with "sick mags" :)

Don't get the clear tail lights they fail. And stop talking like a knob that fails to. That's why you got paid out so fast, take the time to go back over what you type and see if it makes sense, there's a difference between "know" and "no".

Check these threads you might learn something and try using the search and can't hurt to visit the gallery of members cars.

Check the garage there are plenty of EF EL that have been modified nicely. There are a s**t load of Fairmont and Fairlane bits and pieces that you can buy and do straight plug and play swaps. Have a look at some stock Fairmont and Fairlanes on evilbay(ebay) and car sale ect and look some parts ect you wouldn't mind for your car then again use evilbay to find those parts.

This should help, just remember not to talk like yourself, no need for the slang and s**t trying to talk yourself up.

No need to take the piss out of him too much, remember we were all 16 at one stage.

Just lower it, get some square rims, a cat back exhaust and a momo wheel and you'll have a nice head turner :)
