As the title says, what is a fair rate to pay for a V8 EB XR8 cluster in good condition?

Depends what K's.

5,000kms? Gold
500,000kms? Probably a case of VB

That my opinion though, I drive a 6 cylinder so I may or may not be accurate :P

Thanks. I had been told that the V8 ones were more valuable since the EB-ED are specific to either the V8 or the I6, not both like EF onwards. But it seems the info I was given was incorrect.

Jam it on eBay, should be able to get over $100 for it if it's got OK'ish kms. I sold a genuine ED Sprint one (which has the 5500 redline) with 99524kms for $455 a few months back.

It will be specific to a V8.
