hey guys wanna put a xr6 underdash wiring loom in one of my ed falcon gli
can i do it with out hassle is it straight forward?
or is it a muck around?

can some one let me kno

Yeah its straight forward but why? All its got over the GLI is the sports cluster, which you can wire in without pulling the dash out. Oh I forgot its also got clock and fuel flap release, again all of which can be easily wired in.

does a xr6 wiring loom have climate control like the fairmont?

or is it still basic standard falcon one?

I just bought a whole fairlane Ghia dash and loom.. because I want every option I can fit.

Ride: EB1 Fairmont Ghia T5 Wagon

Location: Seven Hills, Sydney
NSW, Australia

As your car has smartlock already, then yes, it does need to be a smartlock loom.

In addition, an EB Series 1 loom won't plug and play as it is very different, but you should be fine with an EB11 Sept 92 Fairmont onwards loom.
