as some of you guys know ive been working on a conversion set up for the EFI 5L .
some have seen the TPS mod i have done ,
but in the last 2 days i have made up a new setup utilising parts from a holley carb and some EA parts and other bits n peice's you would have laying around your parts bin ;)
this is current set-up ->

so your mounting the TPS just for the Auto, right?
What are you doing with the injectors and all that crap?

i'm only new to all the electronic stuff, so i have a couple of questions.. 1)How is the TPS actually determining the position (i haven't pulled mine off the engine yet as i was unsure if they would become uncalibrated), 2) how do you set them up in the correct position on your throttle body (calibration), 3)what wiring is needed to power up the auto ecu, if you do not use the efi ecu, i want to get rid of as much efi stuff to run straight gas..

Very keen on this idea on my ED wagon. I get 550km out of my 100L tank of LPG and testing the gas start method without any dramas. Keep us updated mate. BTW how much did you pay for your manifold? I also remember you saying that you were using the R90/E convertor but what mixer will you use?

amazing what a couple of coil brackets are good for hey :)

What ignition system are you using? you will still need to pass a square wave tach signal to the TCM which is easiest obtained from a Crane / MSD / Accel / Mallory CDI system

gas lines are now basiclly finished , just waiting on some time to change the manifold and run cooling lines to converter
