please replace your gaseous filter, and get gas injectors serviced, (soak in diesel over night)
check or renew airfilter...
clean/check throttle body for carbon deposits...
get gas ecu calibrated...
then should be fine for another 20,000

I had the same problem appear on my BA soon after conversion. I don't recall everything that was done, but part of it included changing plugs and reducing the plug gap.

No they didn't replace any filters. The car had only just been converted about 6 or 7 weeks before and had only done about 2,000km.

My mechanic said that he has found that for some unknown reason LPG does not like iridium plugs. He just replaces them with standard plugs with a reduced gap.

The car has run fine since. But it developed a nasty hesitation on take off, when running on gas. It was fine on petrol.

My BA has an Apollo SGI system fitted.

Mine did it all of the time and only when taking off from stand still. So it was coming off of idle that was the problem.

I think the mechanic adjusted the converter a bit too, to increase the gas pressure to the injectors.
