Need help our ef won't start!

Hey need some advice to what else we can do to work out why dads ef won't start? Couple weeks ago was makin noise from the fuel pump an I automatically knew the pump was on way out.. Thing is we changed the pump it's pumping over now but it still won't fire up and dad just can't work it out... He checked injectors and fuel rail... Even changed the fuel filter...

What else an we do???

By no means am I an expert on petrol engines my specialty is Diesels, but my EF wouldn't start unless i slightly held the throttle down and i'm chasing an answer aswell but if that works by doing thatit could be the Idle Control on the throttle body needs cleaning or replacing. if that doesn't work is it getting spark but dont hold the leads if you do that it could hurt otherwise wait for one of the more educated on here to help you. is the CRT LMP fuse blown?

try spraying areo start into the t/b while someone cranks her over.... if it starts & runs then you know 100% its fuel related....but watch out it may back fire or coff through the t/b as well if it still dosnt start then go back to basics......do you have any mech that can help you ??

Dads a mechanic but more for older carb cars only lol we just found out that the new fuel pump doesn't pump!!!!!! Errrr
