hay all

work car is a BA Ute

it is running on LPG only...

seems to be water leaking fast and alot of it from the LPG VALVE area in the engine bay...

now seeing ford fitted the unit next to the overflow bottle i though it was something to do with that.. but taken the bottle off and no leaks around there... hoses to and from this unit seem to be intact as well.....

what else could it be ???? seem to be filling up the overflow atleast twice a week...

If it's corroded you could attempt a repair scheme with plastic metal. Essentially rebuilding the unserviceable component. This repair is utilized for older cars with rare parts and is very satisfactory if done with properly prepared components. ie clean corrosion removed even pitting. Cost is about $40-70 dollars.Life expectancy is surprisingly excellent. There are 2 types aluminium or metal glues cure time is necessary so don't attempt it until car is not req'd. But sounds like you'd better action soon.
