Very reluctant sale

1994 EF Fairmont EL XR Front
FULL Bare Metal respray completed January 2006 Orange/Gold pearl.
4.0L
K and N Panel Filter
Genie Extractors
Lukey 2.5 inch Exhaust
King Spring Superlows with Monroe GT Gas shocks (40000km old)
Solartint quality lifetime gurantee window tint (darkest legal)
Sold with either EL XR 16 inch wheels or 18 inch Boyd Coddington Billets
Debadged, all holes welded up, boot lock hole welded up, towbar cover plastic welded in bar for smoother finish.
XR Conversion completed with NEW GENUINE headlights, good second hand bar and good second hand blinkers
Clarion touch screen CD/MP3 Player ($800 new)
All Fairmont features, Cruise control, Climate control, Power windows
170000km, respray completed at approximately 160000km
Very well maintained, mechanically excellent, serviced every 5000km
No scratches, dents whatsoever, only very minor stone chips to front, probably 10 or less all up.

$9500 with EL XR Wheels
$11000 with Billets (as in pics)

are the pics in your gallery the final color of the paint job because it looks unfinished. Any chance you can get some more better pics.

yes thats the final colour, will get some better pics on the weekend, you can see the pearl in the rear end shot on the rear 1/4 panel

just because you get an 8k paintjob doesn't mean you can slap that on top of the cars value. at the end of the day its an ef fairmont with xr front end. you'll be lucky to get a lot more than 5-6k for it. i'd take photo's with the xr rims on it as the 18's don't really suit. also black the tyres.

agreed. Look around at what else people are selling for that price (ie, heaps of kitted monty ghias and a few XRs) and reality is you have put a lot of hard work into the car but you never gonna make that or what you spent back.

I dont expect to be able to 'slap $8000 on top of the price' Its a $4000 car with a $8000 paint job, $1500 XR front, $500 set of wheels, $500 suspension, $800 stereo + more, I'm sure its worth at least $7k
