as far as the standard manifold goes im not sure how it will sit on it, if it has a flat face up on the top where the bolt holes are then it wont be a problem, but it will definitely fit the extractors...

have a look at the pics and youll see there is a close up of the very front of it, showing how the angle is mounted, using the exhaust head bolts(which you cant see cos its hidden)it sits on the outside face of the flat plate of the extractors.

note: it is NOT sandwiched between the head and the extractors.

also to anyone who is on the list with pacemaker ph4400's (the weird looking ones!) i need a measurement for them, from the head to the outmost pipe so the heat shield can clear them, or if anyone is local to me ill come and measure them up, anyone in sydney near liverpool? that would be ideal...

cheers

How would you fit these on the extractors? Would you have to drill into the headers?

ok, pulco will be the last person to join the list, i needed multiples of 15 and it doesnt look like getting to 30...
and at this point im assuming all people on the list are 100% commited
if more people are interested ill do another group buy later on in the year..

ok to install it all you need to is, loosen the exhaust head holts about 2-3mm, then slide the piece of angle into position ( the angle has notches in it and not holes) so it just slips into place. then you just re tighten the bolts. then you bolt the heat shield to the angle, ( stainless steel nuts will be welded to the underside of the angle, and the screws will be supplied - 8mm high tensile stainless steel screws, all good stuff!) it will take you 2 minutes to fit...

yeah they are it, i need a dimension from the side of the head (the flat face where the exhaust bolts are) to the outer most point of the furthest protruding pipe... my dimension is about 185mm

and as a double check, my furthest pipe is 100mm from the side wall of the engine bay...

if you could get me both of those dimensions that would be great!
if ur not sure what im after ill send you a sketch or a marked up photo

once i have these dimensions ill make a new template to suite both ba and e series.

then ill be looking for peoples names and addresses and model of car, and ill need payments so i can start ordering material, all of which is on hold for me...

and as promised ill give my details to a moderator

cheers

Just measured and the furthest pipe on the Pacey Comps extends just over 200mm from where the extractors bolt onto the head.

id rather be safe than sorry!

if u guys want to start a second list, go for it. just that i need another 12 people before i order the material, so it remains tentative until then, or if its close to the number im sure we can work something out, slightly dearer... you have another week or so

picks are bigger in my gallery, they are all there...
