Mal mite be having a special, or a forum members only price with that kit for $4550. either way its a bargain for a T56 kit as it comes with

Reconditoned and blueprinted XR6T T56 6 speed and bellhousing
New MWA short throw shifter

still need a clutch and flywheel, tailshaft and hydraulic setup for cars that run cable clutch so its not a full conversion just a BA bolt up with a short throw shifter and yoke

AN marks box being a very low k box wont need balancing rebuilding or such so its a fair price.

i never said his price was unfair, or that it was a full conversion, just that the kit from Mal was good value, as the price has come down on what they were 12 months ago. I was just pointing out what was available in Mal Woods kit as u said u dont have an account on that site and couldnt read the thread?, u add an option 3 clutch kit and it brings the total to about $6k (for a BA). and yes u will need extra bits to convert to hydraulic clutch from a cable clutch.
which imo is still good value since ford want about $6k for just the box itself.

Ford are asking a lot more then 6k for the box :) Just a Tremec t3650 from ford is $7500 and i think the T56 is a lil more then that.

I've taken pics so just uploading now and will have a for sale post up soon :)

The bellhousing is removable, but you would have to speak to a place like mal wood to see if you can buy a bellhousing to suit and you would also have to see if the length of the box is right.

For sale link is now up
