Hey pplz,
This is just expression of interest at the moment. I have a 347 in my EF xr8 which im thinking of selling and going bigger (possibly 392ci). Im only selling the bottem end at the moment which consists of eagle stroker crack & rods, SPR pistons. This is a top street race motor which it only has 3500kms on it. Its built by Sam's Performance. Any parties interested are welcome to inspect the motor running in my car and test drive & i have receipts for the motor, and speak to the engine builder. All serious ppl can pm me and we can go from there, i am located in Sydney inner west No dreamers or test pilots, if you dont have the money then dont waste my time Thanks in advance to all

Yeah give us some sort of idea what you're looking for, looking at buying an xr8 as a project, a 347 bottom end would be a good start!

Put it this way guys, this engine is practically new & it was built early last yr and has only done minimal kms since. Im not sure as yet of what exact money im looking for but what ever sam charges to build the exact bottom end id want at least 65% of that amount which i think is fair. So ill find out how much it is and get back to you both. Im not in a rush as i just got the car and i may be going bigger when rego comes which is this june or if i dont get the money im looking for then ill just put the money towards to porting my heads more & bigger cam.

Yeh i will next month, when it had the t5 in it. It made 315rwhp & now with the auto it has 290rwhp so a high 12 is possible, as it is its a great street motor with heaps of power & just gets up and goes. If i decide to keep the motor ill put a bigger cam & port the heads alot more & if i have enough funds ill be going 8 throttle boddie setup & ill get easy 400rwhp. So that power high 11's

I should be finding out soon dude, sam is a very busy man & working on my car & others and he has to sit down & do a quote of how much it is to build the same block so i hope to find out in the next fue days fingers crossed

Hey guyz unfortunatly i do not have the quote as yet, and sam is to busy to even build me a new engine for the next year so im not 100% at the moment on selling up or i may get a different engine builder to build me something.
So now im looking for genuine offers and please be realistic ppl plz pm me price you have on offer

hi mate. just a quick question. what is the distributor cap off? as i have the same trickflow intake on mine, with in normal small ed cap on it. and with my msd you can hear the spark skipping sometimes so i need a big cap like yours to spread it out.
