Have you considered putting it up for auction at somewhere like Fowles or Pickles?

Jeez, people will try anything to screw me down now haha.

Getting sick of time wasters n people who say they will come look at it only to dissapear from face of the earth.

If not interested, why call/email and waste my time, I'm a busy person and those who are genuine are getting preference now!

May sound bit rough however im gonna say If your not truely interested, take a hike and dont waste both our times!

your not the only one, ive got a mate whos been trying to sell his M5, has had people calling up saying they're interested and they never show.

it just sucks though, when you plan half your life around someone coming to have a look at the car and they dont show. a courtesy call would have been nice...

Thinks its part and parcel of selling a car like that Daniel.
Guy I bought the sprint off had the same problem, mentioned people ringing and emailing wanting to buy parts off it lol

Its a bit different getting a few emails vs people calling n demanding to see it on a day your working.. so here i am left with a choice, wanting my car sold i go out of my way take days off, wait around or arange other transport to work onl to have these freaks decide not to show. Then when i call them when i get home or after its aparent they aint shpwing i get the 'yer, cant come today ill come tomorrow' in a tone as if they just fkn woke up.
At this point im pretty furious but think well hey im a nice guy and need this ca sold so what the heck n we keep going around in circles.

Well that is it, not happening again!

I didn't have anyone f**k me around on the EF by not showing, although have had it in the past.
I'm very firm with them on the phone with a no s**t approach, i don't act all nice and suck up in the hope to get them out... I basically say if you're genuine then come and look, if not then stop wasting my time.

Yeah, I agree ...being frank & straight to the point cuts out the timewasters.

Saw this car on ebay & recognised it instantly ...make sure you screen potential buyers & make sure she goes to someone who'll pamper & look after her like you have!

Yep, i agree here paul and I learnt this after selling my 1st car, I've been doing this this time around but obviously not firm enough.. thats basically what im saying.

When I sold my 1st car I go no time wasters or anything, totally diff experience this time.
