wicksy - I don't think you really know what you're dealing with here - this is one of the MINTEST fairlanes getting around - they do not come much better than this.

If you're looking for a Fairlane, you have found the bees knees IMHO. Nothing to spend on it - has all the good stuff. Photos do this car NO justice at all.

Daniel - I know I've repeated myself in this thread time and time over ...but for those that know me, I don't often talk someone's car up unless I honestly think it's worth it...and this one is. Price is more than good too.

Daniel have you tried that Steve guy that was looking for 1??
i have his number if you want to give him a call.
he was keen on mine but i sold it first

That steve guy is weird darren, he rekons its not good enough condit, he found a headlight was misalined, i said "hey yer it is" i was honest n said id never noticed it, fixed it up.. issues like that n he offers stupid amounts like 13 saying he can get one in better condit with S/C with under 60,000kms for 13-14.. i said buy a plane ticket.. funny how he still got none.

He sms's me every now and then saying "if u goto trade it in let me know" LOL

Thanks steve, its a good car and yer i know ur pretty tight lipped with ppls cars. Its appreciated 100%.

Paul, I do like it, and kms isnt a huge issue ur right really, but i do need a newer car thats easier to drive (lots of kms) this one gets tiring with pretty heavy steering at low speeds. If ur doing normal stuff its ok.
I also want to try something different, ive had 6cyl, now v8, want a change/something modern or new.

yeh F**k tyre kickers are everywhere....

Ebay is a waste of time selling.

I had mine on Ebay and carsales, i got nothing but f**k wankers off ebay offering 3k.

Why not just keep it?
Why worry about putting k's on it, it's there to be driven.
You're prepaired to give it away now, so why not rack the k's up and enjoy the car and get rid of it down the track?

I got the Sprint off Ebay.
I remember the guy selling it telling me had gotten alot s**t offers and questions.
But hey, it's another form of advertising Daniel, and a pretty good one at that.
Even if you have to put up with 99 s**t questions, hopefully you'll get 1 person who is genuinely interested.

That's the only reason i put mine on there, to advertise and get it out there.

Ebay is great but on large items people don't want to pay a decent price, it seems that because it's an auction it has to be dirt cheap.

It's like anything though, there is a buyer out there but you have to wait for them to come along.

s**t Daniel, you're complaining about heavy steering... I'm complaining because the steering is wayyyy too light in my Lane.
Lets swap steering setups lol.

Haha, funny enough i used to think the steering in my nf was too light..

This car is a great cruiser, but it takes it out of u if u have to drive it around city/inner suburbs doing lots of kms.

Always the way huh lol!

All these ifs and buts - get a loan if you have to guys...no hidden catches or shifties with this car - best of everything and my hat is off to Daniel for not letting it go for some of the silly offers he has had.

Hang in there Daniel...I reckon the right person will be along shortly - Spring / Summer should see more interest I reckon.
