i wont seperate the ef xr6 manual computer from the kit unless you have a standard manual computer to exchange.

i have 5 speed conversions for an ED for $1000 and for a EF with xr6 pcm for $1500

i have a EF XR6 diff with a 3.45 lsd center. you can fit it into a EL
you will have to use the ef handbrake cables and upper control arms
hows $800 sound

If you're after chrome handles, you dont need to worry about the trim colour, because the handles can easily be removed and swapped between different handle moulds :)
