selling my EF II Fairmont Ghia which has been sitting in the driveway for a few months now... the car is 10/95 so has the Tickford engine its mocha foam with a cappa interior the clock reads round 165,000km but its actually something like 220,000 i had a problem with the odo not working properly and need to change it, im am not gona make this out to be a clean car in EC cond the body has a few scratches and the interior is a bit dirty basically it was a party car for a few years it had 3 brand new window regs in it and 1 second had 1 so all windows work perfectly it also has a brand new steering rack, it comes with a JVC head unit that is not fitted atm and Eclipse 6.5" splits front and rear, has 2 spare wheels, it has a 2.5" sports exhuast that sounds really nice, AU III XR8 snorkel tyres need replacing and the diff is not as tight as it once was, the trans needs a service, but the engine runs perfectly the car has had alot of money spent on it over the years and has never let me down... the car does NOT come with reg or Roadworthy, but i dont thnig it would really need much for a RWC id say tyres brakes and windscreen, depending on the tester... im having trouble getting pics on here atm but i will post them up as soon as i can.... im looking for $2500ono id say ive spent at least a grand on it in the month b4 i stoped driving it, really just need it out of the driveway...

thanks for that dcsratight, that is an old picture so no wheels or plates, and its a bit dirty cause its been sitting there for a few months, it also has a 6 month old good quality battery in it aswell

is the bonnet lights and front bar in good conditon???
no dent?? this would have front and back power window?? are the door skins in good nic? any scratches in them?? asking because i am interest in doin a fairmont front conversion and power window conversion in my gli and would prefer to have a doner car. any info would be appreciated.

no dont use it as a doner swap the good stuff from yours to this its a fairmont they arnt doner cars

thanks smokie i just have a really soft spot for mocha foam fairmonts as well wish i could buy her but not enuff cash atm

lol i no.
i was thinking i could just put my sound system,mags, diff and trans into the fairmont and rebuild the engine if its needed. only thing is i no my car is reliable and all the running gear is perfect so id have to deside once iv got a fairmont.lol

Okay its cheap, but what was "party car" entail? My idea of party car is similar to my mates mums car.. smoking, drinking, burnouts, people rooting in it...
How "dirty" is the interior.. is it possible to scrub it up and maybe replace the carpet and have a respectable car or is the interior f**k? |

haha no burouts, no smoking lots of drinking and some rooting, what i ment by a party car is that it was the car all the boys packed into on the weekends and got drunk i on the way up to the city and s**t......
