Thats it.

This plugs into your cigeratte lighter and then it runs 240v power. So your MRS can blow dry her hair cuz I doubt she wil be ready to go out in time!

Not trying to be a a***, but for ur safety, I wouldnt use a hair dryer, seeing as this inverter is rated at 300w power at 240v, and a normal hair dryer is looking to make 1800w or so, if its got good circuit protection, the best thing that could happen is your hairdryer won't work, and it will blow a fuse.
