latest update: still havent recieved that parcel of 10 TBs

i have 7 sitting at home, 1 x EA, 5 x EF/EL, 1 x AU

so what im thinking of doing is getting these 7 done, and giving them to the 1st 7 on the list. then ill try to source some more, and will hopefully be able to get the STD TBs off the people that bought new ones of me, and then service the remainder of the list... because this is taking too long.

if anyone has any spares please let me know, ill also try and make a trip to the wreckers this sunday, please bare with me as i get things moving, everyone will get one!

Yeah, I just spent $40 buying and sending him another one from NZ to help us all out too. Bugger. At least he's offered to take some of the cost on himself for that... Good man Vince, hope all goes smoothly once the sourced TB's finally reach you.

No worries. It's all good, and I thank you for your efforts on behalf of all the prospective end users.

I just private messaged FASTXR with the idea that I should be able to sell any additional left over items locally in Wellington, New Zealand. With the amount of interest generated here I feel he will have no trouble selling the additional items he is now going to receive.

I say everyone should keep sending them and he will then have to keep making them.

As said previously - hope it all goes smoothly once they arrive FASTXR... My phenolic spacers got destroyed in the courier --- waiting for more to be done now....

I know its no rush, but i hate when things drag out, as im sure some of you people do too...

i spent a couple of hours on them last night, removeing the casting marks from the inner lip.

back on track!!!

I dropped off 8 throttle bodies yesterday to be machined, the remainder of them should be on their way to me soon. they will be machined today and im hoping to pick them up tommorow morning. i already have all of the butterflies cut and bevelled, the shafts have all been halved, and the inner lip of the TBs has already been smoothed. all i have to do is assemble them and post them. i will PM my details to the 1st 8 people on the list. to the remaining people it shouldnt be too long for you too, ill keep you all updated..

At a guess I would say water jet or lazer or something. Don't think butterflies are completely circle, but more like an oblong?
